Soak up the Sunny Coast

When you’ve got a name like the Sunshine Coast, you’re a sure thing to deliver the goods. And whether you’re living it up in Noosa, cooling off in Caloundra or hiking the Hinterland, this jewel in Queensland’s crown serves up all kinds of awesome ways to holiday.

Swim, surf, stroll, or stand up and paddleboard along one of the region’s sandy white beaches - from Kings up to Coolum. Cotton Tree’s a calmer option (with a great playground for the kids too), and the coastal walks in Noosa National Park will take your breath away. Not just because of the cardio.

Head for the Hinterland for a dip in picture perfect swimming holes like Artists Cascades or Gardner Falls. Where to once you’ve dried off? A schooner from one of the region’s craft breweries sounds like a good shout. But if you’re after a shop instead, you’ll be stoked with the Caloundra Night Markets, Sunshine Plaza at Maroochydore or Noosa’s famous Hastings Street.
